Licence Agreement : Important – Please read carefully
By installing, copying, or otherwise using ‘The Product’ or any updates (as defined below), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Licence Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install, copy, or use the ‘Product’, and promptly delete all files on your system relating to the ‘Product’. The same terms will apply to all related updates to the ‘Software’ and may include specific additions or amendments which you will also agree to by installing the updated ‘Software’.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENCE
The ‘Software’ is licenced through the ‘Company’. The ‘Software’ consists of a single application without product documentation. Documentation may take the form of a future update.
GENERAL LICENCE GRANT.
If you are an individual, Codebureau grants to you as an individual the right to install and use the ‘Software’ on one or more computer systems owned by you. This does not include copying the ‘Software’ for use by other individuals or individuals belonging to other entities.
If you are an entity, Codebureau grants to you as an entity the right to install and use the ‘Software’ on one or more computer systems within your entity. This does not include copying the ‘Software’ for use by other individuals or individuals belonging to other entities.
COPYRIGHT.
The ‘Software’ is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the ‘Software’ like any other copyrighted material except that you may make copies (as described above in GENERAL LICENCE GRANT) of the ‘Software’.
UPDATE LICENCE TERMS.
All updates shall be considered part of the ‘Software’ and subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement. Additional licence terms may accompany updates. By installing, copying, or otherwise using any update, you agree to be bound by the terms accompanying each such update. If you do not agree to the additional licence terms accompanying such updates, do not install, copy, or otherwise use such updates.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS.
No restrictions
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
No Warranties. The software product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Codebureau and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This will be upheld to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
CUSTOMER REMEDIES.
Codebureau’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the price paid for the ‘Software’.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
In no event shall Codebureau or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or conseqential damages whatsoever arising out of the use ir inability to use the ‘Software’, even if Codebureau has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Codebureau’s entire liability under any provision of this Licence Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the ‘Software’.
MISCELLANEOUS
If you acquired this product in the United Kingdom, this Licence Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If this product was acquired outside the United Kingdom, then local law may apply.
